Anna O'Connor has grown up around horses and can't imagine things any other way. Anna was selected as an alternate for the 2016 National Training Session of the USHJA Emerging Athletes Program (EAP). As a junior she was President of her Junior PHA Chapter. Trained by Mary O'Connor and Joe Fargis, Her horsemanship skills have earned her qualifying scores at the USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Finals for four consecutive years (2012-16) and an invitation to serve as a USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Ambassador. In 2012, she helped to bring home a bronze medal as part of the Zone 2 HQC team. At home in the saddle or the barn aisle, Anna is intuitive in her knowledge of horsemanship, always considering the horse's point of view. She has started green horses from scratch, including Inner Bay's homebreds, brought along project horses and ponies, and as a junior kept boarders legged up and prepared for their owners.
